I can’t open the Mac version of cTrader

I can’t open the Mac version of cTrader. The app is always unresponsive and can only be closed by force quitting it.

The CPU occupies 100%, causing the app to freeze.

MACOS：14.5 

Chip: Apple M2
Memory: 16 GB
