Bulk Pending order evenly distributed

Hello,
Title might be a little confusing but I want an algorithm that can create bulk pending orders Stop / Limit (in Balance/equity % too). But with a caveat that it doesn't create all of it on one price point but rather I set two ranges and set how many pending orders, then within the given price range say 10 pips and 10 pending orders price would create orders every 1 pip.
Moreover, the algo must also be able to set simple stoploss/take profit to all orders
