Replace the user's flat directories for programs by standard ones

To set a standard directory for programs instead of the actual flat directory which is unpracticable past a few dozens of files. It  seems a major impediment for a developper  to grow  its own  libraries and should be really easy to switch,  allow subdirectories if the folder isn't Ctrader's in automate and trading . After all It's just a basic feature of any coding workshop, isn't it?
