Horizontal Line + Shift/Ctrl

Horizontal Line + Shift/Ctrl draws it with a beginning point and an end.

You know how 3 or 4 horizontals already make a mess of a chart. Besides when you look back it's good to see when you put idea on a chart, and an end not to delete it all just couple of days after.
