Unable to access the FIX API. Getting logout error. Should we, whitelist our IP before requesting for QUOTE session? Below is our fix logon message

Hi there,

You don't need to whitelist your ip. Make sure the host name and the credentials are correct. If you still experience the issue, please send us your broker, the host name and the timestamp of the login message.
