any way to receive the ExecType=8(Rejected) in Execution Report

Hello,

Currently I'm testing the several requests in api docs. 

But I cannot get this value ExecType=8 (Rejected) and C (Expired) in execution report(MsgType=8).

Any way to receive this message by sending message?
