Transaction error on cTrader Web Platform

There was a transaction issue on the cTrader platform! I shorted US500 and the platform placed my position at an impossible value, far from the actual spreads! Please, either cancel the transactions or correct the entry price to the accurate value at the time of the trade. I should have made a significant profit instead of a loss.

Anyone else had this problem just under an hour ago? I asked the broker, but is this a problem with the cTrader platform and should I be asking cTrader about this issue instead of the broker?
