cTrader for windows crashing when opening Trade tab

cTrader for windows keeps crashing when ever i try to open the Trade tab , the other tabs (Algo , copy , analyze) are working fine. I tried signing out my account from the app and uninstalling and installing it again and it did not work as shown in this photo that it is not responding , so how can i fix it ?
