cTrader and cAlgo both crash on opening RIGHT NOW

cTrader and cAlgo both crash on opening RIGHT NOW

Market's moving like crazy, and both cAlgo and cTrader crash within seconds of opening, without any bots running or trades placed. cAlgo shows no connection (though obviously my internet connection is fine).
