I have logged a ticket since few hours. Is there a live agent that I can connect to cancel pending order as my live account became disabled?

Could you please investigate this issue? I've also noticed I have a demo account where I can trade Forex pairs like XAUUSD and GBPUSD. I'd appreciate it if you could clarify the status of my live account and help me resolve the problem."
