Ctrader modalità chiudi solo

Ciao da stamattina sulla piattaforma ctrader il mio profilo è entrato in modalità “chiudi solo” e non riesco a togliere questa impostazione. Posso solo chiudere le posizioni esistenti non potendo aprire nuove posizioni. A qualcuno è mai capitato?
