not getting push notifications on iOS mobile app

not getting push notifications on iOS mobile app. I contacted IC markets but they could not help and suggested I contact the forum.

I no longer get push notifications in the mobile app. I have notifications turned on and other apps give me notifications but the cTrader app does not.

Please help.

I am using iOS 13.3 on an iphone 11 pro. the app version is 3.6.54200

It seems to be fixed now. Thank you. What was the issue ? So, I don't have this happen again.
