RE CTRADER MAC UPDATE

I've just clicked to update the CTRADER for MAC and MY WHOLE CHART IS GONE!!! ALL of my levels tat I poured my heart and soul is GONE!!!

Is there any way to retrieve it???

This is no joke. This is beyond outrageous!
