            Mac app internet connection error message

Hi there,
I am trying to log in to the app (version 4.8.848) and afetr entering my email/cTrader ID and password I receive the following message “Connection error, please check your internet connection or try again”.
I am connected to the internet, I am able to log into the web version and mobile version without any problems.
Grateful for any suggestions
