Hey,

I just started using the web platform for Ctrader because of the risk/reward calculator.

I then got a notification to change my proxy server on the bottom left of the screen and once I did the page stopped loading data.

Now I can't even get into the platform page online, I just get a Gateway 504 error.

Please help,

Hi there,

It sounds like a problem with your proxy server, not cTrader. Try reverting the change you made.
