cTrader algo cloud not working

Hello,

I would like to mention that cTrader algo isn't working when running cBots within the cloud. It runs for about two minutes and then it always stops automatically, because of a license verification timeout.

Do you mind and could you guys resolve this issue?

Hi there,

It seems that your cBot does some license verification, which probably needs network access. Network access in not provided to cBots running on the cloud.
