Calgo launches but no chart or code editor..problem unable to fix

I have downloaded FxPro's calgo. It launches but does not show chart or text editor. I have tried all means but nothing shows up. Ctrader works okay. I also tried spotware's demo calgo but it behaves the same way. Please help I urgently need to move to the platform. Thanks in advance.
