Log Filter not working as expected

Log Filter not working as expected

using the filter to check certain data in the log does not work as expected.

Here if filter out  entries only containing 19 (i guess that's the way it should work)
But I get 4 entries where just 1 contains 19.
Is it broken or do I use the filter the wrong way???
