api tick data pull issue

api tick data pull issue

i have only just started pulling api data to track trade performance and i have noticed a gap in my data where i dont get the buy/sell tick information

 

this is particularly happening in the early hours midnight to 2am UCT time

 

is there any know issue i should be aware of as to why this may happen?
